HOW MUCH WILL MY DELIVERY COST?

As a small business run by friends, we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. Rather than hiding them in the price of our products, we instead ask for a contribution detailed below, towards our deliveries.

If multiple items are purchased together taking the weight or size of your purchase out of the original postal category charge, an incremental charge will be added for each item at check out.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If everything you’ve ordered is in stock and ready to go, we aim to dispatch your order by 4pm the same working day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next working day.

Free local deliveryFor efficiency and to minimize emissions, we will group local deliveries together where possible and aim to deliver within 3-5 days. We will contact you to arrange a time for delivery.

To reduce emissions and help protect our planet, we will try to deliver all the items on your order together.

If that’s not possible because a piece is custom made or fragile, or you’re hoping for some items sooner, we will happily split your order for an additional delivery charge.

 

HOW WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERED?

From our standard delivery to our specialist courier service, we work hard to find the very best delivery option based on the weight, size and fragility of each product.

Standard and Large Parcels:

Small and medium items such as ceramics, small lamps and small, non-fragile furniture are delivered where possible, via Parcelforce.

Please allow 3-5 working days.

Furniture and Fragile Parcels:

Some fragile items may be eligible for postal delivery but may need their own specialist packaging and as such may not be able to be sent with other items you have purchased. In this case you may incur two separate delivery charges. Where possible we will always endeavour to minimize delivery charges and group items together for delivery.

Delivery times may be affected by this, but we would hope to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Large and fragile items such as armchairs, tables and large mirrors are delivered with our specialist courier delivery service. We will contact you to organise a convenient date and time for delivery. Please allow approximately 10 working days. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions you may issue to our delivery partners – such as to leave a parcel with a neighbour or in an outbuilding.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver within the mainland UK and also to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Scilly.

A quote is required for Furniture and Fragile Parcels outside of mainland UK. Simply order as normal and we will be in touch to help.

If you live abroad, we will happily deliver to a UK based shipping company (normal delivery charges apply) of your choice.

Returns

We have every confidence in our products; however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us at your cost within 14 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and packed in its original packaging, for a refund or replacement. All fragile items must be securely packaged. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning a larger item delivered to you by courier, we can arrange for the collection of the goods. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return journey, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.

After 14 days we regret we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. If the product is not in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them or offer an exchange. We regret that items made to order cannot be returned.

Small print

All photos and prices are guides. all prices are correct at the time of going to press, inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to increase prices.

Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of being displayed on our website. However, due to the hand finished nature of some items, and with regard to our vintage stock, slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured; uniformity cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
